مجی کی رہائی !

مجی سترہ برس کا تھا جب وہ راستہ بھول کر قصور کی سرحد پار کرگیا اور بھارت کی بارڈر سیکورٹی فورس کے ہتھے چڑھ گیا۔تفتیش کاروں نے کئی روز ٹھوکنے پیٹنے کے بعد جب اطمینان کرلیا کہ مجی جاسوس یا دہشت گرد نہیں تو اسے غیرقانونی طور پر سرحد پار کرنے کے الزام میں جیل میں ڈال دیا گیا۔مجی کو پنجاب اور راجھستان کی چار جیلوں میں رکھا گیا اور دو بار جج کے سامنے پیش کیا گیا۔

دو ہزار ایک میں مجی کو مشرف واجپائی آگرہ ملاقات کے کچھ عرصے بعد انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں کے دباؤ پر رہا کرنے کے احکامات جاری کیے گئے۔لیکن مختلف قانونی و تکنیکی سرخ فیتہ موشگافیوں کے سبب عدالتی احکامات پر جولائی دو ہزار دس تک عمل درآمد نہیں ہوسکا۔

بلاخر مجی کو جیل سے نکال کر امرتسر پہنچایا گیا اور مختلف جیلوں سے جمع کیے گئے نو دیگر پاکستانی قیدیوں کے ساتھ اٹاری بارڈر تک لایا گیا اور پاکستانی حکام کے حوالے کردیا گیا۔

مجی کو اس کا بھانجا اور چھوٹی خالہ کرائے کی سوزوکی ڈبے میں بارڈر پر لینے آئے۔مجی کو بتایا گیا کہ اسکے والد کا انیس سو چورانوے میں اور والدہ کا دو ہزار چار میں انتقال ہوگیا۔بڑی بہن کے چار اور منجھلی کے دو بچے ہیں۔ سب لوگ قصور سے لاہور منتقل ہوچکے ہیں۔قصور والا گھر بک چکا ہے ۔

مگر مجی یہ سب کچھ نہیں سن رہا تھا۔وہ تو بس ہر شخص اور شے دیدے پھاڑ پھاڑ کے دیکھ رہا تھا۔اکتیس سال میں دنیا مکمل طور پر بدل چکی تھی۔

جیسے ہی سوزوکی سبزہ زار کے علاقے میں پہنچی۔دو موٹر سائیکلوں پر سوار چار نوجوانوں نے سوزوکی کے آگے آ کر اسے رکنے کا حکم دیا۔مگر سوزوکی والے نے ایکسیلیٹر پر پاؤں رکھ دیا۔موٹر سائیکل سوار مشتعل ہوگئے اور انہوں نے قریب آ کر سیدھی فائرنگ کردی۔ڈرائیور موقع پر ہلاک ہوگیا۔سوزوکی بے قابو ہو کر کھمبے سے جا ٹکرائی۔مجی ، اسکی خالہ اور بھانجے کو زخمی حالت میں اسپتال لایا گیا۔

اگلی صبح مجی مرگیا۔
اسپتال کے عملے نے لاش مجی کی بڑی بہن اور بہنوئی کے حوالے کرتے وقت حوالگی کا فارم بھرنے کو دیا۔
مجی کی بہن نے فارم پر کرتے ہوئے لکھا
نام = عبدالمجید
تاریخِ پیدائش = پانچ نومبر انیس سو باسٹھ ۔
تاریخِ وفات = انتیس جولائی دو ہزار دس
عمر= سترہ سال
