Once you finish participating on the project or our training program and if you looking for marketing and placement services - There is a placement division within our organization that finds consulting projects for SAP aspirants like you. We pay $70,000 as starting salary for full time basis for first year, 80,000 for second year and 90,000 for the third year or you can work on 1099 basis ( EAD/GC/Citizens) and there is no employment contract. During the marketing process our HR Manager will be overseeing your marketing process. Our Marketing team may assist you in obtaining a project with our end clients, your co-operation is very important during the process and more importantly our expectation is that any interested candidate adheres to our marketing protocol for successful placements.
Eligibility: You are either our Training Student or a Project Participant or already approached us for Marketing - Only serious candidates please
Whenever you are ready:
1) Express your interests by responding back to this email - Any time. You may not need to express your interest asap, take your time and make sure you are ready.
2) Initial assessment meeting for candidates who needs work visa.
3) Marketing manager will get in touch with you and explain in detail on the marketing process and protocols and negotiate salary and payment terms.
4) Assistance in resume preparation
5) Simulation of a SAP interview to give you an idea on real interview.
6) Mock Interviews with our technical managers
7) Feedback from Mock Interviews and final preparation to face the market
8) Receive Vendor calls
9) Receive client interview calls
10) Get placed based on the interview that you clear
11) Complete paperwork's
12) Start working for our clients
13) You will be reporting to our Operations Manager once you start working for end clients, you will be receiving further details later.
14) On Job assistance for as long as you need in case if you need any questions answered or tasks require some assistance from experts, we may assist you.
The marketing process is done without any charge, if we place you on a project with our clients/vendors/end clients, you will be working as a 1099 or a W2 candidate.H1b will be sponsor for eligible OPT/CPT students. If you need Visa to work in the US, please email me and I will arrange for a detailed discussion to assess your situation before the marketing process. You may or may not be eligible to get marketed thru us depending on the outcome of the Initial assessment meeting.
Note: Candidates in US will be considered for marketing. Candidates from Canada may be considered, but decisions will be made during the Initial assessment call.
