us diwaangi ka naam he ishq!

unke chehre par ik hasi ke liye,
so gham uthaane ka naam he ishq!

aa jaayen kabhi jo aankhon mean,
un ashkon ko apni palkon mean lene ka naam he ishq!

na uff kare na aah kare na peshani pe shikan bhare,
khud ko mohabbat ke naam pe mitane naam he ishq!

na kar khafa na ho khafa na le wafa ka to sila,
bina shart saath nibhane ka naam he ishq!

guzaar de too zindagi na mout hi juda kare,
is tarha saath nibhane ka naam he ishq!
