I can't understand ur question. however i try to tell u. just imagine the facebook profile. user make it admin check it(inserted data is correct i mean data validation) and then profile is made and facebook factory other members can view it. similarly an user enter his order through a form the inside data is viewd and integrated by the admin then this order data is viewed by the other members. if any other query ask frequently.
