Just omit the chapter 4 (developement) as u r providing code with the final report...so no need to discuss anything in chapter 4...

in chapter 5 deployment u r to make ur deployement diagram and test cases ...

After removing and modifying,,,must make changes in the table of contents as well...(not to show chapter 4)..

i think u r clear now...
