Dear i f u have any computer cd's shop available near you, then it may
cost u only max 60Rs. But if not then ...if u remember that VU provide
us with an account on MSDN free software downloading section. So just
sign in there and download whatever u want from that. Link is availble
on vu.edu.pk with title "Microsoft for All"
